1. Compliance with Laws

• All users must comply with applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions, including but not limited to:
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
  • Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) measures.
  • Cryptocurrency trading regulations.
• Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.

2. Account Integrity

• Accurate Information: Users must provide truthful and complete information during account registration.
• Account Security:
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Do not share access with others.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breaches.
• One Account Rule: Users are allowed one account per individual or entity unless explicitly approved by Xilionaire.

3. Responsible Trading

• Risk Awareness: Users acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves significant risks, including potential loss of funds. Only trade funds you can afford to lose.
• No Manipulation: Users may not engage in fraudulent or manipulative activities, including:
  • Market manipulation.
  • Wash trading.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Abuse Monitoring: Accounts engaged in suspicious or malicious activities may be flagged for review, suspended, or terminated.

4. Communication and Conduct

• Respectful Behavior: All users must interact respectfully with other traders and Xilionaire staff. Abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated.
• Prohibited Content: Users may not share or promote:
  • Harmful, defamatory, or false information.
  • Spam or unsolicited advertisements.
  • Malware, phishing links, or any form of malicious software.

5. Use of Platform Services

• No Unauthorized Access: Users may not attempt to access areas or systems outside of their authorized permissions.
• Prohibition on Bots and Automation: Unauthorized use of trading bots or automated scripts is not allowed. Approval is required for any integration of such tools.
• Service Reliability: Xilionaire aims to provide uninterrupted services but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Users acknowledge potential disruptions due to maintenance or technical issues.

6. Transaction Rules

• Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of transaction details (e.g., wallet addresses, amounts) before confirmation.
• Transaction Finality: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. Double-check all details carefully.
• Fees: Users are responsible for transaction fees, as outlined in our fee schedule.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

• Users must adhere to the Xilionaire Private Policy to ensure proper handling of sensitive information.
• Unauthorized collection, sharing, or misuse of other users’ data is strictly prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Internal Resolution: Any disputes regarding transactions, fees, or other matters must first be addressed with Xilionaire support.
• Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes may be subject to binding arbitration, governed by the laws of Malaysia.

9. Termination and Suspension

• Xilionaire reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account for violations of these rules or applicable policies.
• Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:
  • Repeated violations.
  • Engaging in prohibited activities.
  • Submitting fraudulent information.

10. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By using the Xilionaire Arbitrage Trade Platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Rules of the Road. Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination, or legal action.
